In addition to the regular expansion of assortment for passenger and commercial vehicles, we plan to expand the offer towards spare parts for agricultural machinery and scooters and motorcycles. The introduction of new product groups will occur when conditions are met in the coming years, but can not be expected before 2021.

Following the latest world technical and IT solutions, we are continuously investing in the development of our own IT sector, whose main task is software solutions development in order to improve all business processes.

Working independently, and cooperating with the third-party tech companies, for our business partners/clients who are not able to develop such services on their own, we will make it easier for such clients in order to transfer knowledge and expertise necessary for them to successfully deal with this business in the future.
Within this department, in 2019, new jobs will be opened and new services will be offered.
This program has been announced since 2012. It relates to the contractual relationship between Delmax and the owner of a particular point of sale located in a territory uncovered by the Delmax sales network.
During 2018, two pilot projects were successfully launched, and we are expecting to sign a dozen contracts in 2019.
A partnership with us can be arranged by a company that is interested in selling products from our range in accordance with our rules and instructions in its municipality. This company cannot own workshop in any form, nor do any services that interfere with the business of other workshops in that municipality.

During 2019, the implementation of a service concept under the same name GUMAMAX will be launched.
Tire workshops whose core business is tire business will be able to become members of the GUMAMAX service concept. This will be the first tire workshop service concept in Serbia which is independent from tire manufacturers.
Workshop which has mixed portfolio of services and one of services in their portfolio is tire business, will have the opportunity to be labeled as GUMAMAX PARTNER.
